Social media etiquette... what are the rules?

This is a quick post simple to ask a question: Are they're rules for social media etiquette? Seems to me there are, but whether they've been codified or not is something I don't know.

If you know of a list, please leave a comment with the link. If no such list exists, perhaps it time to start one. What'd you think?

Chris Brogan has offered a polemic on the subject back in December that' s certainly worth reading as it applies to social media marketing.
