Congrats to Inman News on their new site
Back in my RE.net days (daze?) one company that I felt connected with was Inman News. Not only did the founder, Brad Inman, write the forward for Realty Blogging, but, at one time, Blogging Systems (the company I served as marketing director) sponsored their blog and provided the blog platform for the first Inman Real Estate Connect conference. Inman is a company I have great respect for, needless to say.
Back in those days, Inman's Web site was more focused on function than aesthetics. In fact, it looked pieced together, like a house that kept getting added onto over time. Well, I'm glad to say those days are over and Inman has a brand new site with a very cohesive, Web 2.0 look.
Not only that, Inman has incorporated social media elements and brought on some high-powered RE bloggers to provide leadership to the community -- Jeff Turner, President of Real Estate Shows and Teresa Boardman, St. Paul, MN real estate blogging diva, among others.
I love and miss my RE blogging brothers and sisters. Even though we're connected via Twitter and Facebook, it's not the same as playing a role (albeit small) in the industry itself.
My congratulations to Inman for being an innovative leader in real estate technology and on your new site as well.
Wow Paul, it isn't every day that I get to be a blogging diva.
